降低烧结工序能耗的生产实践

摘要 以柳钢360m^(2)烧结机实际生产为基础,针对烧结工序能耗偏高,从厚料层烧结工艺升级、微负压烧结改造,降低煤气用量、减少台车漏风率,提高环冷机密封性等方面作出优化调整后,使得料层厚度由750mm提高至820mm。结果表明:经改造后烧结矿转鼓强度提高了0.76%,返矿率降低了2.19%,工序能耗由51.93kgce/t降低至40.51kgce/t。 Based on the actual production of Liusteel 360 m^(2)sintering machine,aiming at the high energy consumption of sintering process,the thickness of the material layer was increased from 750 mm to 820 mm after optimization and adjust-ment from the upgrading of sintering process of thick material layer,the transformation of micro-negative pressure sintering,the reduction of gas consumption,the reduction of air leakage rate of the truck,and the improvement of sealing property of the ring cooler.The results show that the rotary drum strength of the sinter is increased by O.76%,the return rate is reduced by 2.19%,and the process energy consumption is reduced from 51.93 kgce/t to 40.51 kgce/t.
