铜尾矿煤基氢冶金回转窑工艺探索

摘要 以金川集团提供的铜尾矿为研究对象,依托煤基氢冶金回转窑工艺(前期碳冶金+后期氢冶金)开展铜尾矿煤基氢冶金中试试验研究。试验数据表明:在窑温约1 100℃、在窑时间约3.5 h的条件下,取得平均金属化率93.33%、磁选铁粉品位86.03%、系统铁回收率93.29%的良好指标。 Copper tailings provided by Jinchuan Group as the research object,relying on the coal based hydrogen metallur-gy rotary kiln process(early carbon metallurgy+late hydrogen metallurgy)to carry out coal based hydrogen metallurgy pi-lot test of copper tailings.The experimental data show that the average metallization rate of 93.33%,the grade of magnetic separation iron powder of 86.03%and the recovery rate of system iron of 93.29%are obtained under the conditions of kiln temperature of 1100℃and kiln time of 3.5 h.
