富铼渣氧化浸出试验研究

Experimental Study on Oxidation Leaching of Rhenium Rich Slag

摘要 根据Re等金属赋存状态,采用硫酸+硝酸体系对富铼渣进行氧化浸出,考察各因素对浸出率的影响大小。通过单因素试验得出最优试验条件为:液固比3:1,反应时间2h,浸出温度60℃,硝酸质量浓度5%,硫酸质量浓度15%,Re、Cu的浸出率分别达到94%、95%以上,As、Bi的浸出率分别在50%、2%以下。 According to the occurrence state of rhenium and other metals,the oxidation leaching of rhenium-rich slag was carried out by sulfuric acid+nitric acid system.The influence of various factors on the leaching rate was investigated.The optimal experimental conditions are as follows:liquid-solid ratio 3:1,reaction time 2 h,leaching temperature 60℃,mass concentration of nitric acid 5%,mass concentration of sulfuric acid 15%,leaching rates of Re and Cu 94% and 95%,respectively,leaching rates of As and Bi 50% and 2%respectively.
