摘要
在客户16MnCrS5技术要求的基础上,依据力学性能要求设计该钢种的化学成分范围和生产工艺。在化学成分方面:将硫含量控制在标准要求的中下限0.020%~0.030%;在冶炼工艺方面:在冶炼时取消精炼过程中的钙处理,仅在真空处理结束后向钢水中喂入铝线调整钢中Al含量;在轧制工艺方面:控制加热温度880~1 120℃、加热时间110~130 min、空燃比0.7和终轧温度≤830℃等工艺生产16MnCrS5Φ50 mm棒材。经过化学成分设计和生产工艺控制,钢材热轧状态下的力学性能为屈服强度373~390 MPa、抗拉强度576~607 MPa、延伸率23.5%~26%、断面收缩率69%~71%、常温U型冲击功175~215 J;奥氏体晶粒度7.0级、脱碳层≤0.5%D、热轧状态下钢材的显微组织为铁素体+珠光体和带状组织1.0级。钢材产品性能良好,经过用户入厂检验各项技术指标满足技术协议要求。
Based on the technical requirements of customer 16MnCrs5,the chemical composition range and production process of the steel were designed according to the mechanical properties requirements.In terms of chemical composition:by controlling the sulfur content in the lower limit of the standard requirements of 0.020%~0.030%.In the smelting process,the calcium treatment in the refining process is cancelled during smelting,and only after the vacuum treatment is finished,the aluminum wire is fed into the molten steel to adjust the aluminum content of steel;In terms of rolling process,16MnCrS5050 mm bars are produced by controlling heating temperature 880~1120 C,heating time 110~130 min,air-fuel ratio 0.7 and final roling temperature≤830 C.After chemical composition design and production process control,the mechanical properties of steel under hot rolling condition are yield strength 373~390 MPa,tensile strength 576~607 MPa,elongation 23.5%~26%,section shrinkage 69%~71%,U-shaped impact energy 175~215 J at room temperature.Austen-ite grain size 7.0,decarburized layer≤0.5%D,hot rolled steel microstructure is ferritic+pearlite and ribbon structure 1.0.The performance of steel products is good,and the technical indicators meet the requirements of the technical agreement af-ter the user's factory inspection.
