《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗指南(2022)》解读 被引量:1

摘要 骨质疏松症是影响人类健康最常见的骨骼疾病之一,被称作“沉默的杀手”,随病情进展,可出现疼痛、脊柱畸形,进而并发骨质疏松性骨折,骨折之后导致的各种并发症危及患者生命,但目前对骨质疏松症的知晓率、诊断率、治疗率仍然很低。本文结合国内外指南意见,对我国《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗指南(2022)》进行解读,旨在提升医生和患者对骨质疏松症及骨折风险的认知和理解,从而提高该病的早期预防、诊治和管理水平。
