仙灵骨葆胶囊辅助手术治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床效果及安全性分析

Analysis of clinical effect and safety of Xianling Gubao Capsule as an adjuvant to surgery in the treatment of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis

目的 探讨对非创伤性股骨头坏死患者采用仙灵骨葆胶囊辅助手术治疗的临床疗效以及安全性。方法 选取70例非创伤性股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为治疗研究分组依据进行组别划分;其中施以头颈开窗复合植骨术治疗的设为参照组(n=35),在参照组基础上施以仙灵骨葆胶囊辅助治疗的设为研究组(n=35)。对比两组患者的治疗效果、Harris评分(关节畸形、疼痛程度、关节功能、关节活动范围评分以及总分)、不良反应发生率。结果 研究组患者的治疗优良率94.29%高于参照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Harris评分中的关节畸形、疼痛程度、关节功能、关节活动范围评分以及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组关节畸形评分为(3.49±0.39)分、疼痛程度评分为(38.06±5.35)分、关节功能评分为(41.61±4.59)分、关节活动范围评分为(4.35±0.53)分、总分为(87.51±9.63)分,均高于参照组的(3.02±0.43)、(33.53±3.71)、(38.82±3.25)、(4.02±0.57)、(79.39±9.56)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 临床对非创伤性股骨头坏死患者在实施头颈开窗复合植骨术治疗期间合理给予仙灵骨葆胶囊配合治疗,可显著提高患者的治疗效果,并且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Xianling Gubao Capsule as an adjuvant to surgery in the treatment of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis.Methods 70 patients with non-traumatic femoral head necrosis were selected as research subjects.All patients were divided into different groups based on the coin tossing method.Patients treated with head and neck fenestration combined with bone grafting were set as the reference group(n=35),and patients treated with Xianling Gubao Capsule based on the reference group were set as the study group(n=35).The treatment effect,Harris score(joint deformity,pain degree,joint function,joint range of motion scores,and total score),and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of excellent treatment in the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than 71.43%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically difference the joint deformity score,pain degree score,joint function score,joint range of motion score and total score of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the joint deformity score of the study group was(3.49±0.39)points,the pain degree score was(38.06±5.35)points,the joint function score was(41.61±4.59)points,the joint range of motion score was(4.35±0.53)points,and the total score was(87.51±9.63)points,which were higher than(3.02±0.43),(33.53±3.71),(38.82±3.25),(4.02±0.57),and(79.39±9.56)points in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the study group was compared with that in the reference group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Reasonable treatment with Xianling Gubao Capsule can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with non-traumatic femoral head necrosis during the treatment of head and neck fenestration combined with bone grafting,and it has high safety.
