科教融合视角下应用型高校人才培养模式创新路径探索

Exploring innovative paths for talent cultivation models in applied universities from the perspective of integrating science and education

随着经济社会的快速发展和科技创新的不断推进,应用型高校的人才培养面临着新的挑战和机遇。科教融合作为一种新的教育理念和实践模式,为应用型高校的人才培养提供了新的思路和方法。在科教融合视角下创新应用型高校人才培养模式,能够更好地满足社会对高素质人才的需求,促进学生全面发展,提高人才培养质量,推动高校与社会经济发展的深度融合。因而研究科教融合视角下应用型高校人才培养模式创新路径有重要意义。对此,本文首先阐述了应用型高校的定位与特点,进而分析科教融合视角下创新应用型高校人才培养模式的意义,在此基础上探究科教融合视角下创新应用型高校人才培养模式的路径,以期提升学生的就业竞争力。

With the rapid development of the economy and society and the continuous advancement of technological in⁃novation,talent cultivation in applied universities is facing new challenges and opportunities.The integration of science and education,as a new educational concept and practical model,provides new ideas and methods for talent cultivation in applied universities.Innovating the talent cultivation model of applied universities from the perspective of integrating science and education can better meet the demand of society for high-quality talents,promote the comprehensive devel⁃opment of students,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and promote the deep integration of universities and socioeconomic development.Therefore,studying the innovative path of talent cultivation models in applied universities from the perspective of educational integration is of great significance.In this regard,this article first elaborates on the posi⁃tioning and characteristics of application-oriented universities,and then analyzes the significance of innovating the tal⁃ent cultivation mode of application-oriented universities from the perspective of science and education integration.Based on this,it explores the path of innovating the talent cultivation mode of application-oriented universities from the perspective of science and education integration,in order to enhance the employment competitiveness of students.
