突破“新生弱性”:资源运作视角下社区基金会可持续发展研究

Breaking through the"Liability of Newness":The Sustainable Development of Community Foundations from the Perspective of Resource Operation

在我国社区基金会具有“新生弱性”属性,致使其难以实现可持续发展。从“资源运作—组织发展”分析框架出发,通过对S市社区基金会发展不同阶段的比较研究,证实资源运作对社区基金会可持续发展具有重要作用。研究发现资源运作能够提升资源价值实现与组织绩效产出的效率,增进捐赠方对社区基金会的信任感。在此基础上,资源运作还能够促进捐赠方与社区基金会共创价值,使社区基金会持续地获取捐赠资源,从而摆脱“新生弱性”的属性。研究拓展了资源运作理论的适用范围,并为社区基金会的可持续发展提供借鉴思路。

The content of"Liability of Newness"attributes in China’s community foundations makes it difficult to achieve sustain⁃able development.From the analytical framework of"resource operation-organizational development",with comparative research on the different stages of development of community foundations in S city,it is confirmed that resource operation plays an important role in the sustainable development of community foundations.The study found that resource operation can enhance the efficiency of resource value realization and organizational performance output,and enhance the donor’s trust in community foundations.On this basis,resource operation can also promote the donor and community foundation to create value together,so that the community foundation can continue obtaining donation resources,thus escaping the"Liability of Newness"attributes.The study expands the scope of application of resource operation theory,and provides reference ideas for the sustainable development of community foundations.
