李素云教授四维辨治慢性阻塞性肺疾病经验浅析

Professor Li Su-yun's experience in treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in four dimensions

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是中老年患者常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病之一,中医药治疗慢阻肺有一定的优势。李素云教授系首届岐黄学者,根据自身丰富的临床经验,对COPD的诊疗形成了完整的四维辨治模式。李素云教授多从辨病、辨证、辨体、辨因四维角度出发,多维度、多层次把握疾病本质,取得较好的临床疗效,其临床经验值得学习和推广。文章结合典型病例,介绍李教授四维辨治COPD经验,以期为中医治疗提供辨治思路。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is one of the common chronic respiratory diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of COPD.Professor Li Su-yun is the first Qi Huang scholar,according to her own rich clinical experience,formed a complete four-dimensional treatment model of diagnosis and treatment of COPD.Professor Li Su-yun starts from the four dimensional perspectives of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,constitution differentiation and cause differentiation,grasps the essence of the disease in multiple dimensions and levels,and achieves better clinical efficacy.Her clinical experience is worth learning and promoting.This article combined typical cases to introduce Professor Li's experience in treating COPD in four dimensions,in order to provide differentiation and treatment ideas for TCM related treatment.
