连苏饮治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及对血清胃蛋白酶、胃泌素17的影响

Curative effect of Liansu Decoction on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and its effect on serum pepsin and gastrin-17

目的:观察连苏饮治疗肝胃郁热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及对患者血清胃蛋白酶、胃泌素17的影响。方法:选择2022年1月至2023年1月无锡市第二中医医院收治的肝胃郁热型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例,用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组接受连苏饮治疗,两组均治疗12周。对比两组治疗12周后的疗效、中医证候积分、OLGA分期、OLGIM分期、胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素17,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗12周后,观察组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者OLGA分期和OLGIM分期均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17水平升高,且观察组与对照组水平对比有差异(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:肝胃郁热型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者接受连苏饮治疗的疗效确切,可改善患者的临床症状,促进胃蛋白酶原及胃泌素水平恢复正常,进而改善胃镜病理表现,安全性良好。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Liansu Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of liver stomach stagnation heat type and its effect on serum pepsin and gastrin-17(G-17).Methods:a total of 100patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver stomach heat stagnation type admitted to the second traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wuxi from January 2022to January 2023were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received liansuyin treatment.Both groups were treated for 12weeks.The efficacy,TCM symptom score,OLGA stage,OLGIM stage,pepsinogen,G-17and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups after 12weeks of treatment.After 12weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05);The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The OLGA stage and OLGIM stage of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡand G-17in the two groups increased,and there was a difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver stomach stagnation heat type received Liansu decoction,which has a definite curative effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the level of pepsinogen and gastrin to return to normal,and then improve the pathological manifestations of gastroscopy,with good safety.
