深化手术导航医工协同创新全面提升临床精准诊疗水平

Deepen surgical navigation medical-industrial collaborative innovation,comprehensively improve clinical precision diagnosis and treatment level

摘要 实现临床精准诊疗,提升医疗服务水平与质量,是《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》提出的重要目标之一。手术导航机器人可显著缩短手术时间,大幅提升手术安全性,是实现临床精准诊疗的重要手段。目前手术机器人已广泛应用于神经外科、骨科、经皮穿刺、血管介人、腔镜微创治疗等手术场景,临床效益显著。此外,在国家相关政策的大力支持下,中国手术导航机器人产业发展迅速,现已进入自主创新和临床应用推广的关键时期。目前手术机器人的成熟度和稳定性仍受到术中成像质量、定位跟踪准确度、软组织柔性形变补偿精度、导航效果量化评估可靠性等关键因素制约,呕须积极发展手术导航机器人技术,深化医工协同创新,打破国外核心器件垒断,推动手术导航机器人向自主可控、全流程贯通、多术式兼容和诊疗一体化方向发展,全方位提升临床精准诊疗水平。 Realizing clinical precision diagnosis and treatment for improving the level and quality of medical services is one of the important goals of the Healthy China 2030 development strategy.Surgical navigation robots can significantly shorten the operation time and greatly improve the safety of surgery,which is an important means to realize clinical precision diagnosis and treatment.At present,surgical navigation robots have been widely used in neurosurgery,orthopedics,percutaneous puncture,vascular intervention,cavity minimally invasive treatment and other surgical scenarios,with significant clinical benefits.In addition,under the strong support of favorable national policies,China's surgical navigation robot industry has developed rapidly,and has now entered a critical period of independent innovation and clinical application promotion.The maturity and stability of surgical robots are still constrained by key factors such as intraoperative imaging quality,localization and tracking accuracy,compensation accuracy of soft tissue deformation,and reliability of surgical effect assessment,etc.It is urgent to actively develop surgical navigation robot technology,deepen the medical-industrial collaborative innovation,break the monopoly of foreign core devices,and promote the development of surgical navigation robots in the direction of autonomous and controllable,all-process coherence,multi-operative compatibility and diagnosis and treatment.The development of surgical navigation robots is in the direction of autonomous control,multi-procedure compatibility,as well as diagnosis and treatment integration,in order to enhance the level of clinical precision diagnosis and treatment.
