解毒敛疮膏联合红外线照射对烧伤创面修复及感染的影响

Effect of Jiedu Lianchuang Ointment Combined with Infrared Irradiation on Burn Wound Repair and Infection

目的:观察解毒敛疮膏联合红外线照射对烧伤创面修复及感染情况的影响。方法:选取98例烧伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各49例。对照组给予红外线照射治疗,观察组给予解毒敛疮膏联合红外线照射治疗。比较2组治疗前后炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]水平的变化,比较2组治疗后温哥华瘢痕测量法(VSS)评分、创面感染发生情况及创面愈合的疗效。结果:治疗后,2组TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组上述3项水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VSS评分中的色泽、血管分布、厚度、柔软度4个维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组创面愈合效果分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效率为95.92%,对照组为83.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒敛疮膏联合红外线照射可有效抑制烧伤患者的炎性反应,减少瘢痕产生,降低继发感染的发生率,临床疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the effect of therapy of Jiedu Lianchuang Ointment combined with infrared irradiation on burn wound repair and infection.Methods:A total of 98 cases of burned patients were selected as study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with infrared irradiation,and the observation group was treated with Jiedu Lianchuang Ointment combined with infrared irradiation.The levels of inflammatory factors,including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and Creactive protein(CRP),were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the scores of Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS),the incidence of wound infection,and the effect of wound healing were also compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in color,vascular distribution,thickness and flexibility(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference of wound healing effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 95.92% in the observation group and 83.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Jiedu Lianchuang Ointment combined with infrared irradiation can effectively inhibit the inflammatory responses of burned patients,reduce the occurrence of scar,decrease the incidence of secondary infection,and the clinical effect is great.
