传统集装箱码头自动化改造程度评价分析

摘要 为追求装卸作业效率的提升,国内各主要码头纷纷开展传统集装箱码头自动化改造工作,受业务模式、营业状况及自身发展需要等因素限制,目前改造工作大多基于工程经验而缺乏理论支撑,无论是工程实践或是理论研究均未涉及改造程度的判断。本文综合考虑码头规模、地区经济发展水平、劳动力丰富度等可能影响码头发展的维度,构建了跨维度的传统集装箱码头自动化改造程度评价的数学模型,使用模糊层次分析法确定了权重系数,遴选了全国10家代表性的传统码头作为评测对象。评测结果显示,码头年吞吐量越高,城镇居民人均可支配收入越高,城镇人口数越低,则越适合进行深度改造,评测结果充分证明了模型的有效性。 In order to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading operations,major domestic terminals have carried out au-tomatic transformation of traditional container terminals.Limited by business model,business status and development needs,the current transformation work is mostly based on engineering experience but lacks theoretical support,and neither engineering prac-tice nor theoretical research involves the judgment of transformation degree.In this paper,considering the dimensions that may af-fect the development of terminals,such as the scale of terminals,the level of regional economic development and the richness of la-bor force,a cross-dimensional mathematical model is constructed for the evaluation of the degree of automatic transformation of tra-ditional container terminals.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight coefficient,and 10 representative traditional terminals in China are selected as evaluation objects.The evaluation results show that the higher the annual throughput of the terminal,the higher the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the lower the number of urban population,the more suitable for in-depth transformation.The evaluation results fully prove the effectiveness of the model.
