“党的政治领导”是中国政治实践中的重要概念,是党的领导的主要内容。在长期的领导实践中,毛泽东多次提及并加强党的政治领导,采取一系列创造性举措,确保了中国革命和建设的正确政治方向。以历史政治学为视角,回到中共党史中考察毛泽东的有关论述与实践,着重围绕党如何正确制定和执行路线方针政策,可以初步提炼党的政治领导实现机制的分析框架。党的政治领导的实现机制,是政治决策、政治执行、政治建党的有机统一,这三者紧密联系、相互支撑。其中,前提是制定并完善符合具体实际、客观规律和人民利益的路线方针政策,进行正确的政治决策;关键是以政治为统领,纠正执行过程中的错误偏向,以科学的方法全面准确贯彻党的路线方针政策,推进有效的政治执行;保障是党的政治建设,围绕党的政治路线加强党的建设,推动思想的政治化、组织的巩固和纪律的严明,以党在政治上的先进性确保正确制定和执行党的路线方针政策。
