摘要
酿十年之久,魏微捧出《烟霞里》宣告其书写宏阔历史的文学抱负。和惯常以个人成长书写国族历史的小说不同,魏微聚焦于一个游离在历史主线之外的人物,却反而因此获得了足够余裕去呈现个人与时代关系之复杂。编年体的叙事结构其实是一种空间结构,魏微着意塑造的叙事者自由穿梭在不同时空,召唤纷杂信息在同一时刻交错重叠,制造出众声喧哗的审美效果。借由此种颇具创造性的空间叙事方法,魏微写出了“70后”一代身处时间过渡阶段与城乡交接地带的独特精神气质,并将这一精神的来源植入1990年代,使这部长篇巨作不仅写出了时代的表层变动,更揭示出历史的内在逻辑。
Ten years in the making,Wei Wei has announced her literary ambition to write a broad history with her novel Yanria Li(In the Clouds).The narrative structure of the chronicle is in fact a spatial structure,in which Wei Wei's intentional portrayal of the narrator freely travels through different time and space,summoning mixed information to overlap at the same moment,creating an aesthetic effect of polyphony.Through this creative spatial narrative method,Wei Wei writes about the unique spiritual temperament of the"post-'7os"generation,who grew up in the transitional stage of time and the urban-rural interface.
