沙门菌血清分型方法的比较

摘要 血清分型是沙门菌最基本和最重要的流行病学调查手段,不同血清型沙门菌引起的临床症状和造成的危害不同,快速准确地进行血清分型对于畜禽沙门菌病的防控和公共卫生安全意义重大。基于此,本试验选择我国1971—2020年分离的51株沙门菌(13种血清型),分别用全基因组测序(WGS)分型方法和液相芯片分型方法进行血清分型,并与玻片凝集法进行比较,分析3种分型方法的优劣。结果显示,玻片凝集法测得51株沙门菌的血清分型结果与原始结果一致;WGS分型方法和液相芯片分型方法分别测得34株和23株沙门菌血清分型与玻片凝集法结果一致。3种分型方法相比,WGS分型方法可鉴定出玻片凝集法和液相芯片分型方法无法分型的菌株,在操作时间和成本上更具优势。本试验可为沙门菌的血清分型研究提供参考。 Serotyping is the most basic and crucial epidemiological investigation method for Salmonella,as different serotypes of Salmonella can cause varying clinical symptoms and pose different risks.Rapid and accurate serotyping is of great significance for the prevention and control of livestock and poultry salmonellosis and for public health safety.Therefore,in this study,51 strains of Salmonella(representing 13 serotypes)isolated in China from 1971 to 2020 were serotyped using whole genome sequencing(WGS)and liquid microarray serotyping methods,and the results were compared with the slide agglutination method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these three serotyping methods.The results showed that the serotyping results obtained by the slide agglutination method were consistent with the original results for all 51 strains of Salmonella.The WGS serotyping method identified the serotypes of 34 strains,while the liquid microarray serotyping method identified the serotypes of 23 strains,which were consistent with the results of the slide agglutination method.Compared with the other two methods,the WGS serotyping method could identify strains that could not be serotyped by the slide agglutination method and the liquid microarray serotyping method,thus offering advantages in terms of operational time and cost.This study provides valuable insights for the serotyping of Salmonella.
