重金属诱导的铁死亡与神经毒性关系的研究进展

摘要 重金属元素可通过饲料进入动物体内并蓄积,影响动物源性食品的安全,给人类健康造成隐患,部分常见的重金属离子可以导致细胞发生铁死亡。铁死亡是一种铁依赖性的新型细胞死亡形式,主要表现为细胞内出现大量的铁和活性氧积累,最终导致细胞死亡。通过调节细胞铁死亡来治疗或预防相关神经系统损伤或者疾病,已成为现代医学研究的热点,但其功能变化和具体分子机制仍需进一步探讨。本文主要对铁死亡的引发机制以及饲料中常见重金属引起神经毒性与铁死亡之间的联系进行综述,以期为今后该类神经损伤的治疗和预防提供新方向。 Heavy metal elements can enter the body of animals through feed and accumulate,affecting the safety of animal-derived food and posing risks to human health.Some common heavy metal ions can induce iron-dependent cell death known as ferroptosis.Ferroptosis is a novel form of iron-dependent cell death characterized by the accumulation of iron and reactive oxygen species within cells,ultimately leading to cell death.Modulating cellular ferroptosis to treat or prevent related neurological damage or diseases has become a hot topic in modern medical research,but its functional changes and specific molecular mechanisms still need further exploration.This article mainly reviews the triggering mechanisms of ferroptosis and the relationship between neurotoxicity induced by common heavy metals in feed and ferroptosis,aiming to provide new directions for the treatment and prevention of such neurological injuries in the future.
