依据中办、国办新印发文件,探讨加强职业生涯教育、就业指导和服务政策.在高质量发展时代和高等教育普及化阶段,教育以体系契合社会需要,学校以质量内涵求发展,高校分类办学是大学生就业通畅的基础.面对时代变迁,可通过"规划—实施—调整"模式对学生开展职业生涯教育,着力提高对未来选择的科学性.大学生就业创业活动须结合学业进行,就业指导的重点是急迫就业群体,创业指导的重点是有创业意愿学生.科学性、针对性、有效性是建设高质量就业服务平台的内涵,突出服务地方本科院校,特别关注来自低收入家庭和农村的孩子.

The paper will explore how to strengthen career education,career guidance and career service policy on the basis of the document printed by General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council of the PRC.In the high quality development and higher education popularization era,we advocate that the system of education should fit in with the needs of the society,colleges and universities should continue developing with paying more attention to quality and reposition themselves in social division of labor to make their students obtain employment smoothly.Facing the new era,colleges and universities can take the pattern of"planning-acting-adjusting"to push forward career education,and improving the science of future career choices.The activities of employment and entrepreneurship must combine with students'studies,career guidance should focus on those are anxious to obtain employment,and the entrepreneurial guidance should pay more attention to students who have entrepreneurial intentions.We want to build a high quality career service platform with scientific,targeted and effective,especially service local colleges,and paying particular attention to the students from low-income families and village.
