黑皮质素受体4在能量稳态及体重调节中的研究进展

摘要 肥胖定义为危害机体健康的过度脂肪堆积, 能量失衡是其根本原因。作为一种慢性非传染性流行病, 肥胖已经成为全球面临的重点健康问题之一。黑皮质素受体4是中枢黑皮质素系统的重要组成部分, 在维持能量稳态及体重调节方面发挥重要作用, 是抗肥胖药物研发的热门靶点之一。近年来的研究极大地丰富了黑皮质素受体4信号传导途径, 现就黑皮质素受体4在能量平衡和体重调节中的研究进展作一综述, 旨在进一步阐述肥胖相关病理机制, 为抗肥胖药物的开发提供理论依据。 Obesity is defined as excessive fat accumulation that is harmful to body health,and energy imbalance is its root cause.As a chronic non-communicable epidemic,obesity has become one of the key health problems facing the world.The melanocortin-4 receptor is an important part of the central melanocortin system,which plays an important role in the maintenance of energy homeostasis and body weight regulation,and is one of the hot targets for anti-obesity drug development.Recent studies have greatly enriched the melanocortin-4 receptor signaling pathway.This article reviews the research progress of melanocortin-4 receptor in energy balance and body weight regulation,aiming to further elucidate the obesity-related pathological mechanisms and provide a theoretical basis for the development of anti-obesity drugs.
