菘蓝种子质量及种衣剂评价研究

Evaluation of seed quality and seed coat of Isatis indigotica Fort

摘要 目的分析不同颜色菘蓝种子的质量差异以及筛选一种适合菘蓝种子包衣的种衣剂,以此提高菘蓝种子的发芽率和利用率。方法观察并测定6个产区菘蓝种子的外部形态和净度,根据颜色分类考察安国、运城和民乐产地脱翅种子的含水量、千粒重、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数等指标,并采用5种种衣剂组合包衣进行种子发芽实验,考察其发芽和生物量等指标,以此确定菘蓝种子的颜色分级质量标准,筛选出一种适合菘蓝种子包衣的种衣剂。结果菘蓝种子分为黄色、黑黄相间色、紫黑色三种颜色,各质量指标大小依次为紫黑色组、黑黄相间色组、黄色组;D种衣剂T2浓度处理的菘蓝种子发芽率和根长、根粗、株高、根冠比等根部生物量均比对照高。结论菘蓝种子分为黄色、黑黄相间色和紫黑色三种颜色,以紫黑色菘蓝种子为最好;菘蓝种子以D种衣剂T2梯度处理效果最好。 Objective In order to improve the germination rate and utilization rate of Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds,the quality difference of Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds with different colors was analyzed and a seed coating agent suitable for Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds was screened.Methods Observation and determination of the external form of 6 Isatis indigotica Fort.producing seeds and clarity,according to the color classification investigation on sale,Yuncheng and folk music origin seeds to take off water content,thousand seed weight,germination potential,germination rate,germination index and other indicators,and uses the 5 kinds of seed germination experiment indicated that composite coating,the indexes of germination and biomass.The quality standard of color grading of Isatis indigotica Fort.seed was determined,and a seed coating agent suitable for Isatis indigotica Fort.seed coating was screened.Results Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds were divided into three colors:yellow,black and yellow,and purplish-black.The quality indexes were purplish-black group,black and yellow group,and yellow group in turn.The seed germination percentage and root biomass,such as root length,root diameter,plant height and root to shoot ratio,were higher in T2 concentration of D seed coating agent than in control Conclusion Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds can be divided into three colors:yellow,black and yellow and purple and black,and purple and black Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds are the best.D coating agent T2 gradient treatment of Isatis indigotica Fort.seeds had the best effect.
