橡胶黏弹性对电池包密封件密封性能的影响

摘要 动力电池包橡胶密封件密封性是关系到新能源汽车动力系统安全的关键因素之一。橡胶材料是一种典型的黏弹性材料,决定了橡胶密封件在使用过程中会发生应力松弛,进而有可能会导致密封失效。基于橡胶材料单轴压缩以及应力松弛实验,与ABAQUS数值模拟相结合,确定橡胶材料超弹-黏弹本构模型及相关参数,对电池包密封件进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,接触压力和Von-Mises应力随着时间增加出现明显的下降;橡胶材料的黏弹特性对密封性能有显著的影响。 The tightness of the rubber seal of the power battery pack is one of the key factors related to the safety of the power sys-tem of new energy vehicles.Rubber material is a typical viscoelastic material,which determines the stress relaxation of rubber seals in the process of use,which may lead to seal failure.Based on the uniaxial compression and stress relaxation experiments of the rubber material,and combine with numerical simulation of ABAQUS,the hyperelastic-viscoelastic constitutive model and the related parameters of the rubber material are determined.The finite element analysis of battery pack seals is carried out.The re-sults show that the contact pressure and Von-Mises stress decrease obviously with the increase of time.Viscoelastic properties of the rubber material have a significant effect on the sealing performance.
