复杂工程问题能力导向的交通运输类卓越工程师培养路径探索

Exploring the Path for Cultivation of Outstanding Engineer in Transportation Oriented by the Capability of Solving Complex Engineering Problems

摘要 解决复杂工程问题的能力不仅是工程教育认证的核心要求,也是卓越工程师的必备素质之一。到2025年国家将建成一批卓越工程师学院。文章分析了新时代复杂工程问题的能力特征、新时代交通运输类卓越工程师的素质需求,系统性探索了复杂工程问题能力导向的交通运输类卓越工程师培养路径,助力交通强国成为中国式现代化的开路先锋。 The 20th National Congress of China Communist Party has pointed out that education,technology,and talent are the foundation and strategic support for construction of the all-round socialist modern nation.The capability of solving the complex engineering problem is not only the core requirement of authentication for engineering education,but also one of the necessary qualities for outstanding engineers.China will build a batch of colleges for outstanding engineer by 2025.The capacity features of solving the complex engineering problems,and the quality requirements for outstanding engineers in transportation in the new era are analyzed in the paper.Then,the path for cultivation of outstanding engineer in transportation oriented by the capability of solving complex engineering problems is explored systematically,which can promote the country with strong transportation network to be the pioneer of the China-style modernization.
