超大城市轨道交通与常规公交耦合协调对策——以深圳为例

Coupling Coordination Countermeasures of Rail Transit and Conventional Public Transport in Mega Cities of Shenzhen

摘要 以轨道分担率为依据,将公共交通发展划分为公交主导、轨道拓展、轨道引领阶段;通过构建耦合协调度模型,以深圳市公共交通历史数据为案例,研究不同阶段轨道交通与常规公交的耦合协调发展趋势及变化特征,并提出不同阶段两者耦合协调发展策略措施。结果表明:公交主导阶段,城市应注重提升常规公交服务范围,并培育轨道交通新线客流;轨道拓展阶段,应注重优化公交线网结构,推动轨道公交一体化发展;轨道引领阶段,应以轨道成网为契机重构公交网络体系,促进轨道公交深度融合。 Based on the rail transit sharing rate,this paper divides Urban public transportation into bus-led stage,track expansion stage,and track-led stage.By constructing a coupling coordination degree model,using historical data of urban passenger transport in Shenzhen,we study the development trend and change characteristics of the coordinated development of rail transit and conventional public transport at different stages,and propose strategies and measures for the coordinated development of rail transit and conventional public transport at different stages.The results show that during the bus leading stage,cities should focus on improving the scope of conventional bus services and fostering passenger flow for new rail transit lines.During the rail transit expansion stage,cities should focus on optimizing the structure of the public transport network and promote the integrated development of rail transit.During the rail transit leading stage,Cities should reconstruct the public transportation and promote the deep integration of rail transit and bus.
