阿布贾城铁内燃动车组系统专业化维保方案

The Systematical-specialized Maintenance Scheme of DMU for Abuja Metro

针对中资企业在海外承揽的铁路机车车辆维护保养项目,本文先总结以往该类项目在海外存在的主要问题,然后以尼日利亚阿布贾城铁内燃动车组维保项目为例,研究如何开展铁路机车车辆系统专业化维保工作。在“商务条件保障、动车组选型、维保相关规章”三个基本条件的基础上,首次提出“维保制度、维保模式、维保组织、培训、维保设施设备、零配件”维保六要素的系统专业化方案,并详细阐述了“三个基础、六大要素”的关系和对维保结果的影响。

As for the oversea operation and maintenance of locomotives and rolling stocks by Chineseinvested enterprises,this paper summarizes the main problems of this kind of projects in advance,then takes the DMU maintenance of Abuja Metro as the case,herein studies how to carry out the systematicalspecialized maintenance.Based on the three basic conditions of"business condition guarantee,DMU selection,and maintenance regulations related",firstly summarizes the six elements of"maintenance system,maintenance mode,maintenance organization,training,maintenance facilities and equipment,and spare parts"of systematical-specialized maintenance scheme.And the relationship between"three basic conditions and six elements"and their influence on the result of maintenance are elaborated.
