摘要
近年来,机器人辅助手术(RAS)不断发展,尤其在减重与代谢外科(MBS)领域备受瞩目。本文回顾了RAS系统的发展历程、在MBS领域应用的现状、技术学习曲线及人体工程学设计的独特优势。随着人工智能的迅猛发展,RAS系统的优势将会进一步突显。虽然RAS系统在发达国家快速普及,但在我国仍处于起步阶段,主要受经济成本的制约。然而,随着国产RAS系统的不断推出,这一技术有望在国内更广泛地应用。作为RAS的重要应用领域,MBS手术将从RAS系统的发展中受益。
During recent years,robotic-assisted surgery(RAS)has undergone rapid development,particularly in the field of metabolic and bariatric surgery(MBS),garnering significant attention.This editorial provides an overview of the evolution and development history of RAS systems,their current application status in the MBS field,the technical learning curve,and the unique advantages of their ergonomic design.With the rapid progress of artificial intelligence,the pros of RAS systems will be further emphasized.While RAS systems have rapidly gained popularity in developed countries,they are still in the early stages in China,primarily due to economic constraints.However,with the ongoing introduction of domestically produced RAS systems,this technology is expected to see broader domestic applications.As a major application field of RAS,MBS surgery stands to benefit from the advancement of RAS systems.
