摘要
血管移植物感染是血管移植术后发生的严重并发症。为治疗感染,需使用抗生素进行保守治疗,或再次手术移除感染移植物,但这会给患者造成二次伤害。为减轻患者痛苦,预防和治疗血管移植物感染,抗菌血管移植物被广泛研究。目前移植物的抗菌策略主要有三种,包括抗菌物质浸渍血管移植物、在移植物表面构建抗菌涂层以及将抗菌物质混合在基底材料中制备抗菌移植物。基于此,本文展开介绍以上三种制备抗菌血管移植物策略的研究进展,并对未来进行展望。
Vascular graft infection is a severe complication caused by vascular transplantation.To treat infection,conservative measures involving the use of antibiotics are typically employed.However,in some cases,re-surgery may be necessary to remove the infected graft,which may result in secondary damage to the patient.To alleviate patient's discomfort and prevent/treat vascular graft infections,antibacterial vascular grafts have been widely studied.Currently,there are three main antibacterial strategies for vascular grafts,including impregnating vascular grafts with antibacterial substances,constructing antibacterial coatings on the surface of the graft,and preparing antibacterial grafts by mixing antibacterial substances in the substrate material.Based on this,this article will introduce the research progress of the above three strategies for developing antibacterial vascular grafts and provide insights into future prospects.
