高阶相互作用对食物链中群落动态的影响

Effects of Higher-order Interactions on Community Dynamics in Food Chain

摘要 为研究高阶相互作用对食物链中群落动态的影响,建立简单食物链模型,通过MATLAB软件模拟了不同情形下物种动态变化并进行比较分析.结果表明:捕食者的种内捕食和种间捕食对捕食者的高阶相互作用能够抑制食饵的生存,不利于食饵和捕食者共存;而捕食者的种内捕食和种间捕食对食饵的高阶相互作用能够促进食饵的生存,有利于食饵和捕食者共存. For the study of the impacts of higher-order interactions on community dynamics in food chain,a simple food chain model was established in the study.The dynamic changes of species in different situations were simulated and compared using MATLAB software.The results show that the higher-order interaction of intraspecific and interspecific predation on the predator can inhibit the survival of the prey,which is not conducive to the coexistence of the prey and the predator;the high-order interaction of intraspecific and interspecific predation on prey can promote the survival of prey,which is conducive to the coexistence of prey and predator.
