暖胎次数对轿车子午线轮胎动力学性能的影响研究

摘要 以215/60R17轿车子午线轮胎为研究对象,结合复杂花纹轮胎的有限元分析,研究暖胎次数对轿车子午线轮胎动力学性能的影响。结果表明:经过不同次数暖胎后,轮胎的侧偏松弛长度、有效滚动半径和侧偏性能的测试结果与仿真结果整体趋势一致,建立的仿真模型与试验之间具有较高的匹配度;暖胎次数对轮胎的侧偏松弛长度、有效滚动半径的影响明显,对侧偏性能的影响不明显;轮胎的侧偏松弛长度、有效滚动半径和侧偏性能在试验前的合理暖胎次数分别为1,2和1。 Taking 215/60R17 passenger car radial tire as the research object,combined with the finite element analysis of complex patterned tires,the influence of tire warming times on the dynamic mechanical properties of passenger car radial tires was studied.The results showed that after different times of tire warming,the test results of the lateral relaxation length,effective rolling radius and lateral deviation performance of the tire were consistent with the simulation results,and there was a high matching degree between the established simulation model and the test.The tire warming times had a significant impact on the lateral relaxation length and effective rolling radius of the tire,but had no obvious impact on the lateral deviation performance of the tire.The reasonable tire warming times before the test for the lateral relaxation length,effective rolling radius and lateral deviation performance of the tire were 1,2 and 1 respectively.
