整车冷却三维/一维仿真及风洞试验研究

3D/1D simulation of vehicle cooling system and its wind tunnel test research

摘要 以某款增压发动机车型为研究对象进行一维和三维联合仿真,并通过整车风洞试验验证。三维仿真获得冷却模块气体流量,一维仿真求解系统水温,借助风洞试验对标。仿真结果与风洞试验误差低于2%,证实了三维/一维仿真的有效性;散热量输入的准确性对仿真结果影响较大,当散热量增加14.2 kW时,发动机出水温度增加10.7℃。 For the development of a sedan,1D and 3D joint simulation was carried out and verified with the help of wind tunnel test of the whole vehicle.Cooling module gas flow was obtained by three-dimensional simulation,the system water temperature was solved by one-dimensional simulation,and ultimately test calibration was conducted by the wind tunnel.The deviation of the simulation results from the wind tunnel test was less than 2%,which confirmed the validity of the 3D/1D simulation;the accuracy of the heat dissipation input had a great influence on the simulation results.When the heat dissipation increased by 14.2 kW,the outlet water temperature of engine increased by 10.7℃.
