离心泵水封冷却优化结构的设计与研究

摘要 汽车离心水泵的水封是水泵一个重要的功能零件,其主要的失效模式是漏水,漏水的主要原因是水封里的橡胶高温熔化而失效,针对水封受高温而泄漏的难点问题,根据水泵的结构及使用状态剖析了高温失效的成因,提出了泵体开槽和开孔两种水封冷却优化结构方案。基于Pumplink进行模拟分析实验,搭建实验系统并对泵体开槽和开孔两种优化结构进行了实物对比实验。研究结果表明,泵体开槽的水封冷却优化结构对水封冷却散热的效果更佳。 The water seal of automobile centrifugal pump is an important functional part of the pump,its main failure mode is water leakage,the main reason for water leakage is that the rubber in the water seal melts and fails at high temperature.In view of the difficult problem of water seal leakage due to high temperature,the causes of high temperature failure are analyzed according to the structure and use state of the pump,and the optimization structure of two kinds of water seal cooling with grooving and holing of pump body are proposed.The simulation analysis experiment based on Pumplink was carried out,the experimental system was set up,and the two optimized structures of the pump body were compared.The results show that the optimized structure of water seal cooling with grooving of pump body has better effect on water seal cooling and heat dissipation.
