摘要 铁路红外线轴温探测系统(简称THDS)是发现车辆热轴,防止热切轴的安全保障设施,是确保铁路运输安全的重要设备。红外线轴温探测系统综合运用了自动化控制技术、红外线辐射探测技术、光机电一体化技术、网络通信技术和计算机智能化技术,具有在列车运行状态下计轴计辆、智能跟踪、测量轴箱温度和自动预警故障热轴的功能,实现了“分散探测,集中报警,联网运行,信息共享”。 The Railway Infrared Axle Temperature Detection System(THDS)is a safety guarantee facility for detecting vehicle hot axles and preventing hot cutting,and is an important equipment to ensure railway transportation safety.The infrared axle temperature detection system comprehensively utilizes automation control technology,infrared radiation detection technology,optical electromechanical integration technology,network communication technology,and computer intelligence technology.It has the functions of axle counting and vehicle counting,intelligent tracking,measuring axle box temperature,and automatic warning of faulty hot axles during train operation,achieving"decentralized detection,centralized alarm,networked operation,and information sharing".
