Exploring the Training Strategies for Automotive Professional and Technical Talents under the Background of the"New Four Modernizations"Industrial Transformation

汽车技术变革改变了产业结构和人才需求,在新职业教育法和职教本科办学双重推进的背景下,高职汽车专业建设迎来了新的机遇与挑战。本文从建设高水平专业化实训基地、实现双主体协同育人、构建公共平台三个方面,探讨混合所有制办学推进策略,使汽车专业建设在凸显职业教育特色的同时符合其高层次的定位。

The transformation of automobile technology has changed the industrial structure and talent demand.Under the dual promotion of the new vocational education law and vocational education undergraduate education,the construction of automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges has faced new opportunities and challenges.This paper discusses the promotion strategy of mixed ownership school running from three aspects:building a high-level professional training base,realizing the collaborative education of two subjects,and building a public platform,so that the construction of automobile specialty can meet its high-level positioning while highlighting the characteristics of vocational education.
