摘要
为顺应医学教育战略改革,结合新时代医学人才培养目标,对全过程本科生导师制运行的重要意义、主要问题和对策建议三方面进行探究,以期推动与促进高等医学院校培养出适应和服务信息时代的医学研究和医疗实践的创新型人才。
In order to comply with the strategic reform of medical education and combine the objectives of medical talent cultivation in the new era,the three aspects of importance,main problems and suggestions for countermeasures for the operation of the whole process undergraduate mentoring system are explored,with a view to promoting and facilitating higher medical schools to cultivate innovative talents who can adapt to and serve medical research and medical practice in the information age.
