Under the background of big data,the teaching of probability statistics course encounters new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation and background of the teaching of probability statistics course and its reasons,and explores and practices the teaching of probability statistics course under the background of big data in terms of the adjustment of teaching content,improvement of teaching methods,updating of teaching means,and reform of teaching assessment.
