摘要
2021年,“双减”政策出台后,全国各地中小学积极配合,部分学校课后服务已经形成较好的模式和体系。通过对部分经济发达城区和欠发达乡村地区课后服务实施现状和现存问题进行分析,文章发现,城区中小学开展课后服务的重点是提高课后服务质量,乡村地区重点是课后服务的顺利实施。城区中小学从经费保障、资源供给、教师保障三方面提高课后服务质量,乡村地区中小学从经费保障、资源供给、管理评价三方面确保课后服务顺利开展。通过城乡互帮互助,可缩小教育差异。
After the policy of“double reduction”proposed after-school services in 2021,primary and middle schools across the country actively cooperated,and some schools have formed a better after-school service model and system.Through the analysis of the implementation status and existing problems of after-school services in some economically developed urban areas and underdeveloped rural areas,it is found that the focus of after-school services in urban primary and middle schools is to improve the quality of after-school services,and the focus of rural schools is to implement after-school services smoothly.Based on the current situation and existing problems,this paper discusses the countermeasures to carry out after-school services in urban and rural primary and middle schools from four aspects:resource supply,funding guarantee,teacher guarantee and evaluation system,hoping to narrow the education gap through mutual help between urban and rural areas.
