摘要
吞入液态水是航空发动机不可避免的一种工作场景,因此发动机需要确保在该种场景下能够安全可靠工作。航空发动机在设计定型前均会开展吞水试验,文章阐述了目前较为常用的两种吞水试验标准以及吞水试验前需要重点开展的工作,同时,以某型航空发动机吞水试验为研究对象,提出一种整机吞水试验方案,并对吞水试验结果进行分析,对于其它发动机开展吞水试验具有一定借鉴意义。
Inhaling water is an inevitable working scenario for aircraft engines,therefore,the engine needs to ensure safe and reliable operation in this scenario.Before finalizing the design,aircraft engines will undergo water ingestion test.The article elaborates on the two commonly used standards for water ingestion test and the key work that needs to be carried out before water ingestion test.At the same time,taking the water ingestion test of a certain aircraft engine as the research object,a water ingestion test scheme is proposed,and the results of the water ingestion test are analyzed,which has certain reference significance for other engines to carry out water ingestion test.
