智能配砟车车架结构设计及有限元计算分析

摘要 车架是车辆最重要的承载部件,其强度和刚度是否满足标准的要求是车架结构设计的关键。本文根据智能配砟车总体布置及整车装备的安装要求,对车架进行结构设计,利用有限元分析法,对车架结构进行静强度仿真计算,并根据计算结果,进一步优化车架结构,解决了车辆载重大,车长和定距长的情况下,车架强度和刚度不足的问题。最终计算结果表明:车架刚度满足标准的要求;在拉伸、压缩工况下,车架最大应力值均小于材料许用应力,其强度满足标准的要求。 The frame is the most important load-bearing component of a vehicle,and whether its strength and stiffness meet the standard requirements is the key to the frame structural design.This article designs the structure of the frame based on the overall layout of the intelligent ballast vehicle and the installation requirements of the entire equipment,uses finite element analysis to simulate the static strength of the frame structure.According to?the calculation results,optimize the frame structure,in order to solve the problem of insufficient strength and stiffness of the frame under heavy vehicle load,long vehicle length and fixed distance.The finally calculation results indicate that the frame stiffness meets the standard requirements,and the frame strength also meets the standard requirements in tensile and compressive conditions.
