摘要
本文介绍了行星混联轻卡物流车动力系统的构型和工作原理,基于Simulink设计了发动机最优控制算法,通过对电机MG1和MG2的转速/转矩控制,解耦发动机和路载,确保发动机工作点能良好跟随发动机最优工作曲线。同时,利用Cruise/Matlab/Simulink搭建联合仿真平台,验证了该控制算法在保证整车动力性的前提下,能有效提高整车的燃油经济性,具有一定的应用价值。
This paper introduces the configuration and operating principles of the planetary hybrid powertrain system for light-duty logistics vehicles.The optimal control algorithm for the engine is designed using Simulink.By controlling the speed and torque of motor MG1 and MG2,the engine is decoupled from the road load,ensuring that the engine operates at an optimal operating curve.The control algorithm is validated through joint simulation using Cruise/Matlab/Simulink,demonstrating that it can provide fuel economy for the entire vehicle while maintaining its dynamic performance.
