摘要
汽车轻量化属于汽车制造产业中的一个新型概念,实际就是汽车在原有性能不降低(如安全性、舒适性及碰撞性等)且自身造价未增加甚至降低的这一前提下,有目的性且规范化的使汽车重量得以减轻。汽车轻量化实为各环节、高流程的高度集成,如前期设计、材料选用、先进加工成型技术应用等,由此可知,汽车轻量化属于一个十分庞大的系统工程,所以,在汽车制造领域中应用汽车轻量化技术,有助于节能减排、降低能耗及提高整车安全性。本文围绕汽车轻量化,就连接技术在其中的具体应用作一剖析,望能为此方面的应用研究提供一些借鉴。
Automobile lightweight is a new concept in the automobile manufacturing industry,which is actually a purposeful and standardized way to reduce the weight of the automobile under the premise that the original performance is not reduced(such as safety,comfort and crashability,etc.)and its own cost is not increased or even reduced.Automobile lightweight is a high degree of integration of various links and high processes,such as pre-design,material selection,advanced processing and molding technology application,etc.,it can be seen that automobile lightweight belongs to a very large system engineering,so the application of automotive lightweight technology in the field of automobile manufacturing will help save energy and reduce emissions,reduce energy consumption and improve vehicle safety.This paper analyzes the specific application of connection technology in automobile lightweight,hoping to provide some reference for the application research in this regard.
