激光选区熔化在内燃机的应用现状和发展趋势

摘要 内燃机行业受日渐苛刻的碳排放和高可靠性、热效率的需求,对自身的技术创新仍急需突破。激光选区熔化(SLM)是金属增材制造的重要领域,随着SLM技术不断成熟,原料和设备成本持续降低,已初步形成产业化规模。将SLM用于内燃机行业可帮助解决目前的难题。该技术可用于多种场景,比如基于结构革新支持轻量化模型试制,基于原型制造支持产品快速研发和易损件快速更换等。应承认新技术和传统行业对接过程中会出现一些问题,未来配套产业链应切合内燃机增材零件的特点进行开发,随着试验数据不断累积和丰富,建立健全标准和规范持续推动SLM在内燃机行业高效研发和应用推广,进而增大产能和降低成本。 Due to increasingly stringent carbon emissions,high reliability and thermal efficiency requirements,the internal combustion engine industry is still in urgent need of breakthroughs in its technological innovation.Selective laser melting(SLM)is an important field in metal additive manufacturing.With the continuous technology maturity and the continuous raw material and equipment costs reduction,SLM has initially formed an industrial scale.Applying SLM to the internal combustion engine industry can help solve current challenges.This technology can be used in various scenarios,such as supporting lightweight model trial production based on structural innovation,rapid product development and rapid vulnerable parts replacement based on prototype manufacturing.It should be acknowledged that there may be some problems in the integration of new technologies and traditional industries.In the future,the supporting industry chain should be developed in accordance with the characteristics of additive parts for internal combustion engines.With the continuous accumulation and enrichment of experimental data,it is necessary to establish sound standards and norms,and continue to promote the efficient research and application of SLM in the internal combustion engine industry,thereby increasing production capacity and reducing costs.
