多技术融合在河道治理土石方测量中的应用

摘要 针对河道治理土石方测量中传统方法的不足,采用机载激光雷达和倾斜摄影测量相结合的技术方法,分别对测区进行点云和影像采集,通过对点云数据进行解算、滤波等处理获取粗略DEM,通过对影像数据进行空三解算、立体重建等处理获取实景三维模型、DOM和特征线。融合粗略DEM、特征线和水域实测数据生成高精度精细DEM,通过开工前和竣工后DEM的栅格填挖方计算求得河道治理的准确土石方量。采用传统网格测量法对该技术方法进行作业效率评价和成果精度检测,该技术方法作业效率约为传统方法的6倍,成果各项指标均满足规范要求。工程实践证明,该技术方法速度快、精度高,在同类项目中具有广阔的应用前景。 In view of the deficiency of the traditional method in the earthwork measurement of river regulation,the paper adopts the method of combining the airborne LiDAR with the oblique photogrammetry to collect the point cloud and the image of the survey area respectively,the sketchy DEM is obtained by calculating and filtering the point cloud data,the real scene 3D model,DOM and feature lines are obtained by aerial triangulation solution and 3D reconstruction.The sketchy DEM,feature lines and measured data of water area are combined to generate high-accuracy fine DEM,the accurate earthwork volume of river regulation can be obtained by calculat-ing the cut&fill earthwork volume of DEM before and after project.The traditional grid measurement method was used to evaluate the operation efficiency and verify the accuracy of the results.The operation efficiency of the technology method was about six times that of the traditional method,and all the indicators of the results met the requirements of the specification.It is proved by engineering prac-tices that this method succeeded in high accuracy and high efficiency,and had extensive application prospect in similar projects.
