地域文化传承下的综合康养社区规划与适老居住建筑设计教学探讨

摘要 建筑学住宅设计及住区规划课程以“适老与更新——既有建筑改造前提下的综合康养社区规划与适老居住建筑设计”为主题,赛教结合,通过实地调研、定性、定量分析等环节,尝试引导学生关注社会、人文、环境。课程强化问题导向,并将社区规划与居住建筑设计与所属地域文化相融合,以培养学生规划与建筑设计中的适老化设计能力。该探索可以为建筑设计教学改革尝试提供借鉴。 The course of residential design and residential planning in architecture focuses on the theme of"Elderly Adaptation and Renewal-Comprehensive Health Community Planning and Elderly Adaptation Residential Building Design under the premise of Existing Building Renovation".Through field research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,the course combines competition with teaching,and attempts to guide students to pay attention to society,humanities,and the environment.The course strengthens problem orientation and integrates community planning and residential architectural design with the local culture to cultivate students'ability to adapt to aging in planning and architectural design.This exploration can provide reference for architectural designing teaching reform attempts.
