摘要
传统造价管理存在数据信息沟通效率低、造价数据分析不精细以及难以实现全过程管理等问题,阻碍了工程造价行业信息化的发展和应用。通过使用基于BIM技术的全过程造价管理的应用,能够全面有效地提升造价管理水平,科学全面地优化造价管理质量。文章结合2022年世界杯主赛场-卡塔尔卢赛尔体育场项目的BIM实际应用案例,研究和分析了传统造价管理技术的局限,以及阐述了在该工程建设的投资阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工结算等过程中,使用BIM技术进行造价管理的优势和全新体验。
Traditional cost management has problems such as low information communication efficiency,imprecise cost data analysis,and difficulty in achieving whole process management,which hinders the informatization development and application of the engineering cost management industry.Through the application of the whole process cost management based on BIM technology,it is possible to effectively and comprehensively improve the level of cost management and optimize the quality of cost management in a scientific and comprehensive manner.Combined with the practical application of BIM in the 2022 World Cup main stadium-Lusail Stadium in Qatar,this paper studies and analyzes the limitations of traditional cost management technology,and expounds the advantages and new experience of using BIM technology for cost management in the process of investment stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion settlement of the project construction.
