高校工程技术类劳动实践课程体系构建:逻辑理路、实践探索与优化策略

摘要 劳动实践课程具有培养高校学生技术操作能力与创新能力的天然优势。为有效发挥劳动实践课程育人功能,亟需审思如何在教育场域中表达劳动实践课程特征,如何在方法上实现从“离身”转变为“具身”,如何构建新时代高校劳动实践课程体系等。项目式学习是实施劳动实践课程的有效手段,立足劳动项目培养定位、完善劳动项目组织实施、优化劳动项目成果测试,推动高校劳动实践课程落到实处。在劳动实践课程保障体系上优化劳动实践课程师资力量、强化劳动实践课程资源体系建设、健全劳动实践课程安全举措等,充分发挥“项目驱动与劳动课程”育人叠加效应,为新时代高校劳动实践课程提供有效路径。 The curriculum of labor practice has the natural advantage of cultivating technical operation and innovation ability for college students.In order to effectively exert the educational function of labor practice curriculum,it is urgent to think about how to express the characteristics of labor practice curriculum in the educational field;how to realize the transformation from“disembodied”to“embodied”in methods;and build the labor practice curriculum system in colleges and universities in the new era.Project based learning is an effective way of implementing labor practice courses,based on the positioning of labor project training,improving the organization and implementation of labor projects,optimizing the testing of labor project results,and promoting the implementation of labor practice courses in universities and colleges.In the assurance system of labor practice curriculum,it is suggested that through optimizing the labor practice curriculum teacher strength,strengthening the construction of labor practice curriculum resource system,improving the safety measures of labor practice curriculum,giving full play to the superimposed effect of“project driving and labor curriculum”can provide an effective path for college labor practice curriculum in the new era.
