基于“建筑环境测试技术”的“学—践—思—创”四步育人模式研究

摘要 “建筑环境测试技术”课程是面向建筑环境与能源应用专业本科生的一门技术基础课。该课程具有各知识点相对独立、关联性较小、实践性强、灵活度高等特点。在授课过程中存在以教材为载体的教学资源不能与时俱进,教学设计不能满足学生较高的学习需求、以往的考核标准不能激励和体现学生的个性发展等问题。为解决以上问题,结合青岛滨海学院应用型本科的办学定位,“五育五化”的办学特色,探索性地提出了“学—践—思—创”四步育人教学模式,将课程内容配置于学习、实践、思辩、创新四个阶段,开展项目式、进阶式教学。在“学—践—思—创”的四个阶段,学生角色从学习者到实践者到思辨者再到创作者,能力从学能到增能再到展能,同时高阶创新对低阶学习起到反哺的作用,形成闭环效应,达到良好的育人效果。 The course“building environment testing technology”is a basic technical course for undergraduates majoring in building environment and energy application.The course has the characteristics of relatively independent knowledge points,little correlation,strong practicality and high flexibility.In the course of teaching,there are some problems,such as teaching resources based on teaching materials cannot keep pace with the times;teaching design cannot meet the higher learning needs of students;and the previous assessment standards cannot motivate and reflect the personality development of students.In order to solve the above problems,combined with the school-running orientation of application-oriented undergraduate in our school and the school-running characteristics of“five education and five transformation”,the four-step teaching model of“learning-practice-thinking-creation”is put forward exploratively,and the course content is allocated to the four stages of learning,practice,thinking and innovation to carry out project-based and advanced teaching.In the four stages of“learning-practice-thinking-creation”,the role of students changes from learner to practitioner to thinker to creator,and their ability changes from learning ability to enhancing ability to developing ability.At the same time,higher-level innovation plays a feed-back role to lower-level learning,forming a closed-loop effect and achieving a good education effect.
