摘要
通过设置微生物菌用量分别为0、4、8、16、32 g/株5个水平,研究不同微生物菌用量对饲用西瓜生物量积累、碳氮代谢酶活性、品质及产量指标的影响,以期为西瓜栽培提质增效提供理论依据,为新型饲料加工提供优质原料。结果表明,微生物菌能促进饲用西瓜生物量的积累,但不同浓度的微生物菌用量对饲用西瓜生物量积累的影响存在差异。微生物菌能提高蔗糖磷酸合成酶、蔗糖合成酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、硝酸还原酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶活性,且以FM3处理下活性最高,较对照组分别显著增加13.08%、16.17%、29.38%、28.03%、32.11%(P <0.05)。随着微生物菌用量的增加,中心可溶性固形物、维生素C含量、平均单瓜质量均表现出先升高后下降的单峰曲线变化规律,且以MF3处理下上述指标值较高,较对照组分别增加17.04%、24.48%、22.53%;有机酸含量、皮厚呈现先降低后升高的“U”曲线规律,且以MF3处理下值最小。相关性分析表明,主茎粗、主蔓长和叶面积与中心可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、平均单瓜质量有极显著(P <0.01)正相关关系。
By setting the microbial dosage at 5 levels of 0,4,8,16 and 32 g/plant,the effects of different microbial dosage on biomass accumulation,carbon and nitrogen metabolism enzyme activity,quality,and yield indicators of feed watermelon were studied.The aim was to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality and efficiency of watermelon cultivation and providing high-quality raw materials for new feed processing.The results showed that microbial strains could promote the accumulation of biomass in feed watermelon,but the effects of different concentrations of microbial strains on the accumulation of biomass in feed watermelon varied.Microbial bacteria increased the activities of sucrose phosphate synthase,sucrose synthase,glutamine synthase,nitrate reductase,and glutamate dehydrogenase,with the highest activity observed under FM3 treatment,which increased by 13.08%,16.17%,29.38%,28.03%,and 32.11%compared to the control,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).With the increase of microbial dosage,the central soluble solids,vitamin C content,and average single melon quality all showed a single peak curve change pattern of first increasing and then decreasing.Moreover,under MF3 treatment,the above index values were higher,increasing by 17.04%,24.48%,and 22.53%compared to the control,respectively;The organic acid content and skin thickness show a"U"curve pattern of first decreasing and then increasing,with the minimum value under MF3 treatment.The correlation analysis showed that there was a highly significant(P<0.01)positive correlation between the main stem diameter,main vine length,and leaf area with the central soluble solid content,vitamin C content,and average single melon quality.
