协同治理视角下饲料企业的就业结构性矛盾及对策思考

摘要 作为国民经济的重要组成部分,饲料企业的可持续发展对带动农业农村经济,实现乡村振兴具有重要作用。但随着经济的发展和科技的进步,饲料企业转型升级势必提高对从业人员素质、知识、技能的要求,但当从业人员无法满足饲料企业结构调整时,便会形成就业结构性矛盾。为更好解决这一矛盾,必须要充分认识到协同治理的重要性,通过发挥政府、高校和饲料企业的协同作用,为饲料企业提供人才支持的同时促进社会和谐稳定。 As an important component of the national economy,the sustainable development of the feed industry plays an important role in driving agriculture and rural economy,and achieving rural revitalization.But with the development of the economy and the progress of technology,the transformation and upgrading of the feed industry will inevitably increase the requirements for the quality,knowledge,and skills of employees.However,when employees cannot meet the structural adjustment of the feed industry,employment structural contradictions will form.To better solve this contradiction,it is necessary to fully recognize the importance of collaborative governance.By leveraging the collaborative role of the government,universities,and the feed industry,we can provide talent support for the feed industry while promoting social harmony and stability.
