基于知识图谱分析的黑水虻研究热点与展望

摘要 为进一步了解黑水虻生态链的研究热点与前沿趋势,利用Web of Science核心合集数据库(WoSCC)与中国知网数据库(CNKI),采用CiteSpace、VOSviewer、SCImago Graphica可视化软件对该领域近12年来的文献属性、热点及未来方向进行可视化分析。结果表明,自2016年以来,国内外有关黑水虻应用领域的研究发文量呈爆发式增长,发文量最高的国家是美国和中国;得克萨斯农工大学和华中农业大学分别是国际和国内最高产机构,机构分布显示了实体企业参与黑水虻研究的趋势;国内研究学者主要分为4个集群,其中Tomberlin Jeffery K团队与张吉斌教授团队联系最为密切;研究热点主要聚焦在蛋白饲料替代与应用、肠道微生物及重金属迁移转化、有机废弃物转化及利用、水虻生长及生物柴油提取与制备方面;根据国际会议精神,积极推动黑水虻实现规模化养殖,水虻育种与改良、水虻产业机械化建设、关注水虻在畜禽蛋白质的饲料安全及产品多元化发展是未来黑水虻领域应持续关注的方向。 To gain further insights into the research hotspots and emerging trends in the ecological chain of black soldier fly(BSF),we conducted a visual analysis of literature attributes,hotspots,and future directions in this field using the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases.Utilizing visualization software including CiteSpace,VOSviewer,and SCImago Graphica,we analyzed publications over the past 12 years.The results indicate an exponential growth in research output related to BSF applications since 2016,with the highest publication volumes from the United States and China.Texas A&M University and Huazhong Agricultural University emerge as the most productive institutions internationally and domestically,respectively,reflecting an increasing trend of involvement of corporate entities in BSF research.Domestically,research scholars are clustered into four groups,with particularly close collaboration observed between the team led by Tomberlin Jeffery K and Professor Zhang Jibin.Research hotspots predominantly focus on protein feed substitutes and applications,intestinal microbiota and heavy metal migration and transformation,organic waste conversion and utilization,as well as BSF growth and the extraction and preparation of biodiesel.Based on international conference discussions,future directions in the BSF field include actively promoting large-scale BSF farming,breeding and improvement of BSF,mechanization of BSF industry,and addressing BSF’s role in ensuring feed safety for livestock and poultry,along with diversifying product development.
