细胞焦亡与糖尿病肾病肾小管间质纤维化发病机制的研究进展

Recent Findings Regarding the Role of Pyroptosis in the Development of Diabetic Nephropathy and Tubulointerstitial Fibrosis

糖尿病肾病(DN)是致使病情进展至肾病末期阶段最主要的诱因,肾小管间质纤维化系推动DN肾功能恶化的关键因素,高糖环境下,炎症小体等诱导的程序性促细胞死亡方式--细胞焦亡,可促进肾小管间质纤维化,促进肾功能恶化。本文主要从DN引起肾小管间质纤维化的发病机制的角度,对抑制细胞焦亡从而阻止DN的进展作一综述,为DN提供一个新的治疗靶点和思路。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is the primary factor leading to the advancement of end-stage renal disease.Tubulointerstitial fibrosis(TIF)is a crucial element that impacts renal function in DN.When exposed to high levels of glucose,the activation of inflammasomes can trigger cell death pathways,including pyroptosis.This can potentially lead to TIF,which in turn causes the decline of renal function.This article focuses on the pathogenic mechanisms of TIF resulting from DN.This study reviews the potential of blocking pyroptosis to slow down the course of DN,providing a new and promising target for therapeutic intervention in the treatment of DN.
