张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥南主塔塔底节段制造工艺研究

摘要 张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥跨度2300m,为世界第一大跨度悬索桥,南主塔高350m,塔底节段设置120mm的超厚度承压板作为塔底锚固,塔底节段采用了钢箱-钢管混凝土组合结构,受力大、结构复杂、钢板厚度大、焊接量大,制造过程中存在焊接变形控制、尺寸控制、塔身轴线度控制等难题,通过对制造工艺、难点分析和控制项点的研究,实现了塔底节段的成功制造。 Zhang-Jing-Gao Yangtze River south channel bridge with span of 2300 meter is the longest suspension bridge in the world.South main tower of the Bridge is 350 meters high.In the base segment,120mm super thick bearing plate is used for anchoring.Base segment is a combined structure of steel box,steel pipe and concrete with characteristics of bearing high force,complicated structure,super thick plates and huge quantity of welding.Many difficulties like weld deformation control,dimension control and tower axis control happened during fabrication.Studies are conducted on fabrication procedure,difficulties analysis and control points so that base segments are fabricated successfully.
